The Clark Noonan 2nd Annual Memorial Basketball Event will be held at Bangor High School June 19-20-21.

It is for players 16 and older. The format is pool-play games followed by a 15-game single elimination tournament.

Many outstanding high school, college, and former college players will be taking part.

This is one of the most, if not themost talented basketball event held in Maine each year.

The money raised will go to a scholarship fund commemorating Noonan, a former Bangor High athlete who was tragically killed in an automobile accident while a sophomore at Saint Joseph’s College in Standish.

He was an outstanding person and this is a great event.
