Player Control Foul or a Charge.

A player control foul is a foul that is made by the player holding or dribbling who runs or charges into a defesnive player who has establsihed his/her legal guarding position, of facing the offensive player with both feet on the floor.

A charge is when the offensive player does not have the ball in their possession and they run into a defensive player wh has established his/her legal guarding position.

No shots are taken on either foul. Ball is awarded the defensive team out of bounds.
