12/2-12/8 Player Tip of the Week

If a player is struggling from the floor with his/her field goal shooting then there are several things they can do to help get back into the right shooting rhytm, if their coach cannot help them correct their shooting problems.

1. Get to the foul line by taing the ball to the rack. This allows a player more time to do the correct mechanics without having to rush.

2. Take only wide open shots where they have enough time to do the correct mechanics.

3. Don’t take shots off the dribble unless the shot is an open layup

Try these 3 ;little tips if you are having a poor shooting nite from the floor.
