The Jonesport-Beals High School may only have 53 high school studnets in grades 9 thru 12, but they have enough BASKETBALL talent to be successful in Class A, if they played a class A schedule all season long. They have excellent size, excellent basketball skills and are fine athletes.

They certainly as strong as many of the Eastern Class A Teams this year.

Also, this is one year if there was a 4 Team Tournament of State Champions of the 4 classes A B C D, Jonesport-Beals would have a chance to pull off a “HOSSIERS” even if they didn’t play an A schedule.
