Reading several articles on flopping on MBR lets clear somethingup right away.

There is no such animal. You will not find the word “flopping” in the iAABO Rule Book. What you will find in the rule book is this ……’FAKING  BEING FOULED”. AND THIS IS A TECHNICAL FOUL.

It is just like “Over the Back” is not a foul, but, “On the Back” is a foul.

It is like there is no such thing in the rule book as an illegal screen, moving screen, illegal pick, etc….It is a block and it is a team control foul and the defense is awarded the ball out of bounds at the spot of the foul.
