WEEK OF FEB 5-11 Player Tip of the Week

Pre Game Warmups: Make sure that you get enough free throw practice in warmups. With only 15 minutes for a pregame warmup sometimes this important part of the game is overlooked.

Best time to do this is when you are in free shooting. Have your partner feed you the ball and make each shot a one and one. and then swap with your partner.

Take your time on each shot and remember the Ritual we wrote about earlier on in the season.
